This is a large double room with a traditional high ceiling & ornate fireplace situated in the chimney breast. This room also has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet too. It faces to the rear of the property so it is nice and quiet. It is fully furnished including bedding if required.

The kitchen/diner is stunning & comes with a new fridge/freezer, dishwasher & oven with gas hob. All the units are new with plenty of storage & loads of food preparation space. The dining area is adjacent from the kitchen & the table seats 4.

Situated about 5 minutes from either East India or Canning Town tube/DLR stations you are able to easily access all that Canary Wharf, the City, the O2 arena complex in Greenwich & Stratford have to offer.

Canning Town is on the Jubilee Line & in one direction is 2 stops from Canary Wharf or 2 stops from Stratford in the other. You can also get on the DLR there or at East India Station & get to the City in half an hour (Bank station). Alternatively you could walk to Canary Wharf in 20 minutes.

The rent includes all bills and a cleaner. The only thing not included is the phone/broadband and any TV cable/satellite subscription although a TV and licence are provided.

I'm looking for a non-smoking, easy going professional who can fit in. Fluent English speakers only & preferably, privately or non-religious.
