I have a single room available in a charming apartment perfect for the DLR & Canary Wharf.

The room is fully furnished including bedding if required & has a single bed, wardrobe & bedside cabinet. The apartment has a huge kitchen and separate dining area overlooking a double height lounge below and is decorated to a high standard. In the kitchen there are all the modern conveniences including; dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave etc.

It's a very spacious, roomy apartment with very social communal areas. It also has a balcony & private courtyard if you like be out in the open air.

There is a full pressure hot shower and bath, a basin with a mirrored cabinet above and WC. The bathroom is beautifully tiled.

Zone 2 Crossharbour DLR station is just across the street then 2 mins to Canary Wharf and more shops, restaurants & bars. There are also more of the same on your doorstep including a big supermarket.

The rent includes all bills and a weekly cleaner. The only thing not included is the phone/broadband and any TV cable/satelite subscription although a TV and licence are provided.

I'm looking for a non-smoking, easy going professional who can fit in. Fluent English speakers only & preferably non-religious.

(Including you there would be a maximum of 3 people in this apartment.)
